Tamara brings over 10 years of senior finance experience across the GCC and Europe, built within leading multinational organizations in the healthcare and infrastructure sectors. Trilingual in English, Arabic, and French, she combines rigorous financial expertise with a genuine passion for helping businesses grow with clarity and confidence.

Tamara co-founded JAR alongside her father — her lifelong role model and the person who first inspired her to build a career in finance. For her, finance has always been about more than numbers. It is about values: honesty, responsibility, discipline, and the commitment to safeguard what people have worked hard to build.

She brings to JAR clients not only deep technical expertise but a rare ability to make financial complexity feel accessible, actionable, and empowering — the belief that with the right guidance, everything is possible.

Akram is a strategic finance leader with over 35 years of experience across the UAE, spanning audit, corporate finance, and SME advisory. He began his career at a Big Four predecessor firm before spending nearly two decades as Finance Manager of a diversified engineering and services company.

Since 2021, Akram has worked directly with business owners as an outsourced finance partner, building clean accounting systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and delivering the practical, decision-ready insights that growing businesses depend on.
